In order to develop a plan that will help the patient lower his blood pressure, and avoid complications, I first need to review any medical records. I might also look at the patient’s lifestyle, diet and any other factors that could be contributing to high blood pressure.

After these are established, I will create a personalized health plan for the patient that includes healthy eating habits and regular exercise. If necessary, I may offer advice on stress reduction or prescribe medications.
