Determine at least five (5) information technology personnel / roles that would be in place in order to start the business venture of gaining better traction of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

1. IT Manager – this role is responsible for managing the entire organization’s IT systems and equipment, as well as developing strategies for incorporating and leveraging new technologies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Network Administrator – this role would be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting all of the organization’s networks so that customers are provided with a seamless experience when using their products/services.

3. Database Administrator – this position would oversee all of the company’s data storage solutions to ensure that customer information is kept secure while also being easily accessible by authorized personnel.

4. Systems Analyst – this individual would be tasked with analyzing current processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement that can increase customer satisfaction levels or loyalty.

5. Web Developer/Designer – this person would be responsible for creating engaging websites or applications that provide customers with an easy-to-use interface so they can access information quickly and efficiently
