Describe the monitoring tools for your two compliance plans in a way that all employees will understand at a large medical facility where you are the Compliance Officer.

To ensure that our plans comply with the compliance officer, I suggest two monitoring tools:
1) Random Audits: This is a regular audit that involves an outside auditor reviewing company records and documents in order to verify their accuracy, currentity, and compliance with our policies.
2) Self-assessments. This involves employees reviewing their procedures and processes on an ongoing basis. It identifies areas that are at high risk or in compliance. These issues must be immediately reported to ensure that the corrective action can be taken as soon as possible.
By utilizing both monitoring tools we will gain greater insights into how well our compliance programs are functioning across the entire medical facility – helping us provide better care for all patients while also protecting them from potential harm.
