What’s your motivation to become a Registered Nurse (any experiences in the health industry).

I became a registered nurse (RN) because of my long-standing interest in healthcare. This passion has grown through various activities in this field. When I was a student, I worked as a volunteer at local clinics and hospitals. This exposed me to many aspects of patient care and made it compel me to get more experience in healthcare. In college, I also took classes in medicine and nursing. Additionally, I worked part-time as an ER assistant. These experiences helped me understand what it means to be a successful RN. After researching different nursing specialties like pediatrics and oncology, I found a passion to provide holistic patient care. This motivated me further in my pursuit of this career. All these combined factors have shaped my desire to become an RN so that I can help improve people’s lives through compassionate care and dedication to their wellbeing.
