Discussion 2: Policy and politics in Healthcare nsg 505
Access to health care is a major problem in rural communities. This issue must be addressed by a plan which advocates for additional funding and resources in order to provide health services to rural communities. This can be achieved by advocating for increased funding and resources at both the state and local levels. You can also send letters or petitions to the government asking for more funding to support rural healthcare programs.
In order to avoid inaction, communication gaps between parties should be identified. Potential supporters may resist the plan due to fear of disruption. There also needs to be a better understanding of why additional resources are required. These issues can potentially be addressed by engaging with community members beforehand so that everyone is aware of what’s going on as well as ensuring transparency throughout the entire process. Furthermore, it is important that all participants remain dedicated and committed towards achieving their goals – nothing will get done without hard work and dedication from everyone involved.
