Unv 103 week 4, entry collaboration and communications
I was a part of a successful group during my undergraduate years. The task had been to team up on a joint research project in neuropsychology and computer science. Our task was to examine the formation of neural networks and how these could be used for decision making.
It took several months for the project to be completed. Without proper collaboration, it could have taken even longer. In order to make sure this happened, we divided up tasks amongst ourselves that made sure everyone’s expertise were being properly utilized. Each member was able to know exactly what they were supposed to do, and the time they reached their goals. Our progress was faster when we focused on each other’s tasks. By dividing the work equally among us, we didn’t feel overwhelmed or tired and made progress faster until the deadline.
Our group was able to work together in a way that greatly cut down the time needed for this task.
