The initial thought that I had when I started to work on the solution was to create an internet course which would give students a thorough introduction to the topic. However, after further reflection and research I discovered that this method might not suit all learners because it doesn’t allow for flexibility in the way they learn and how they consult others.

So, instead of focusing on my original plan I focused on creating interactive webinars that would enable students to learn at their own pace and interact with experts. Additionally, I found that multimedia elements such as quizzes and videos could help to absorb more information while still making the sessions more interactive.

I think that by changing my original plan, I created an efficient and flexible solution that will ensure students have the freedom to choose how they learn. Through many conversations with stakeholders and additional research into best education delivery practices, my current view has evolved.
