Preconceived views about the roles of each gender limit their potential and prevent them from achieving their full potential.

This bias is a form of prejudice that can lead to an environment where women are not valued for their unique contributions, which could limit their ability to succeed in different environments. Everyone should be aware of their biases and work to correct them.
