Real estate agents rely heavily on thorough property appraisals
Implementing a recognition program is a great way to increase employee engagement. Recognition programs have been shown to increase job satisfaction, motivation and morale among staff (Van Dyne & LePine, 1998; Marsh et al., 2004). Research also suggests that providing regular recognition for employees can boost productivity and reduce turnover (Murphy et al., 2010; Lima & Schwantes, 2014). Such programs should focus on positive reinforcement such as praising individuals’ efforts or rewarding their accomplishments with tangible rewards (Reynolds et al., 2011). References:Lima, P. T.
