Effective training programs should include key characteristics that are unique to organizations and individuals as well as their learning differences. It is possible to help employees understand their workplace context and help them improve.
Additionally by understanding individual characteristics like values, motivations and interests can also be beneficial in helping create a tailored program that is tailored to each participant’s needs. Furthermore, principles such as spaced repetition techniques & feedback loops should be incorporated into any training programs for enhanced retention and improved performance when applying these new skills on-the-job.
This type of program will be a long-lasting success. It is important to keep track of progress, and to make any adjustments as necessary.
