My selected model is the threefold approach outlined by C. S. Lewis in his book “Mere Christianity”, which proposes that Christianity consists of three essential components: Logic, Morality and Tradition. It suggests that the core of Christian faith can be found within these three components, with each informing and shaping different aspects of a person’s life as a believer. Logic is founded on logic and encourages Christians think critically about their beliefs. Morality provides an ethical framework for behavior and guides how we live our lives according to God’s will; it influences all levels from personal acts to discussion at broader levels such as society or government policies. Finally, tradition is part of our connections to people who share similar experiences to us. It acts as a reminder of what was passed on from generation to generation through history and helps to keep alive the memories of events that are related to faith.
