Change in the discussion system (two copies)
Quinn’s unwavering dedication to advocacy for improvements in health care delivery was key to her continued success. She advocated for evidence-based legislation policies which address the whole person and reduce overall medical expenditures by eliminating redundant or wasteful processes. Quinn sought input from the public, both stakeholder and general public, when designing new protocols. It helped to establish trust among those who would be affected by proposed changes, which in turn had an effect on acceptance rates later (Han, et al. 2019, 2019).
Despite her successes, there were still obstacles encountered every once in awhile including resistance from certain groups due mainly because implementing different systems could be seen as disruptive or challenging existing power structures; others hesitated due solely to fear stemming from either fear of failure or lack of understanding how such reforms would benefit them directly (Chettiar & Lippel 2018). Quinn created forums for anyone who was interested to discuss the possibilities and clarify facts, if necessary. So everyone could work towards a common goal. Quinn even managed to convince those originally opposed after they gained crucial knowledge that helped them make positive final decisions. The strategy was a success with increased participation from grassroots representatives. This helped to drive home support legislations after many hardships.
