Tim Trainer has been asked to come in and help administrative assistants at Law Legal with using Microsoft Word. The administrative assistants must use Word to type up legal briefs using tools they do not use on a normal basis, such as line numbering, spacing, and table of contents. Tim collects some data from the law office and finds the administrative assistants ages are 38-62, they work on computers all day, and have many training handouts posted around their desk to carry out tasks. Tim Trainer has a training room with computers, a projector, and a laptop for him to use. Please use the Four-Phase Process to outline the design of the training 

Phase I Analysis

• Recognize the specific needs of administrative assistants. This includes their requirements regarding Microsoft Word legal briefings.
• Assess the level of Microsoft Word proficiency and what tools are required for the preparation of legal briefs.
• You should identify any obstacles to learning. Age, inexperience with specific tools and how you can address them during training

Phase 2: Design

• A curriculum should be developed for training. It must include specific learning objectives and a schedule.
• For administrative assistants who are assisting with the training, create training materials, such as handouts and slides.
• The best ways to deliver training include lectures, demonstrations, hands-on sessions, and practice.

Phase 3: Construction

• You can create any required materials such as handouts and slides
• Install the equipment and computers (computers projectors laptops) in your training area.
• Make sure to test all equipment and materials before you purchase.
