Mentoring, problem solving techniques, quality assurance and human resource management are all aspects of employee motivation. The firm has many advantages from mentoring as an employee engagement method. The notion encourages employees to have a positive view of the workplace and supports organizational decision-making. It has been shown that employee engagement can improve workplace productivity and boost employee well being. Employee participation can help reduce operating expenses by reducing product cycles and waste (Zambrano 2019,). The strategy increases commitment, creativity and desire to stay with the company. This can help create internal stability, which could otherwise be threatened by high turnover rates.
Employees may be able to get guidance and support from mentors through mentoring programs. Motivation is a key factor in the success of many businesses. It has a direct impact on productivity and profitability. Employee motivation is usually linked with change behavior. Unsatisfied workers are less likely than others to succeed at work, which can lead to decreased productivity and lower profitability.
The following themes and patterns were observed in the motivational drivers of the projects: mentoring and employee participation. The motivational factors found in different organizational cultures varied greatly. On the basis of the ideas acquired, I could encourage my team by open communication, offering good comments, treating group members with respect, and promoting participation in group activities (Hanaysha & Majid, 2018).
Firm leaders and managers may be able to address workers’ different motivational demands by having inclusive workplace rules in place and creating mentoring programs. You can accommodate different motivational requirements of workers through a flexible workplace, employee involvement and employee-led task groups.
